Anyone heard of "Hillside Cars" in Rochester?

I'm looking at a C-Max from Autotrader, found one which is within spec & budget, but alarm bells are ringing re the seller:

No website, google fails to return a result.

They got a bit funny when I asked for their VAT number.

Thoughts?

Sounds like someone trading from home. I now avoid any 'dealer' who has taken pics of their cars for sale at the side of the road or some public patch of grass. I bought a car from a dealer who sold out of his house from the Medway area and it went straight back when I found out it didn't have the original engine in it and the engine was in fact out of a totally different model of vehicle!
