Default Just saw a Bumble Bee

It is December the 31st, how can they still be around, or is it early for next year, is it the mild weather ?

it was mayb in the back off a lorry and came in from abroad..

I have flowers in the garden re-budding that should be dead and long gone, what is going on this winter.
Still a poor summer though?

Glad i didn,t buy winter tyres..Thought about it as everyone was talking about em. As for the bee nice spot..

I think I heard on the news yesterday warmest december for 5 years maybe and ive not seen any snow or much frost in the south so far this winter.

Just finished ripping down the ivey on the fence and found a whole nest load of lady birds. Easily 20+ They were not moving though...

Have a good look at them (the ladybirds not the fit bird....) and then go on the Internet and make sure they are not Harlequin Ladybirds. You really do not want those little ******* multiplying in your house!

Think they were a bit too small to be Harlequins, but then they could be baby ones LOL.

I hope they don't eat the fabric on the awning (outside).
