It's really getting a bit silly now, half these patents companies are using weren't even theirs but bought in the patent trading market

When a product is a complete blatant rip off of another I understand but some of these patents should never have been awarded in my opinion

BT tried to sue once claiming a patent in Hyperlinks!

Apple tried to sue HTC over 10 patents which only one was infringed on an old set of phones from over 3 years ago. Apple have managed to ban absoluetly nothing.

Apple wanted to ban HTC in the USA. This week the itc decided that only one minor infringement had taken place out of ten that apple tried to claim. The day after the judgement HTC had already sorted the tweek to bypass the trivial infringement
