Yeah mate, I bought the 3D Blu-ray version and watched it last week. I thought it was really, really good. I am quite in to my bikes, but my Mrs isn't and she enjoyed it too. Probably the sort of thing that you would only watch once, so maybe rent if you can ?

Watched it twice in the cinema and now own it too :-)
I was at the TT last year (this year too!!) when this was filmed and couldn't wait to see it. It is quite simply stunning. Funny, poignant, sad, makes you smile like you wouldn't believe and most definitely gets the adrenalin running!!
I ride a motorbike myself and have ridden the circuit a few times and know how stressful I find it (going at about a quarter of the speed and with lots of other bikes on the road!) and my already huge respect for these guys, only increased having seen them race in person and watch this film.
I defy anybody, bike fan or not, to not love this film!!

Mr OS saw it in the cinema, and has bought the DVD. I haven't seen it yet. We go to the TT every year, and have already booked up for 2012. I didn't see you there, Richie!

Is he mad?? Why isn't he going? I'm not in the least bit interested in bikes, but I love the atmosphere, and the island. And the added bonus of all those hairy-arsed bikers in leather!

He has very bad problems with his neck and now struggles to ride a sports bike. Just don't think he's keen to ride there again on a bike that isn't a sports bike. He rode a Yamaha FZ1 the first year we were there and didn't enjoy it quite as much as being on his Honda CBR600RR last year

Fly and hire a car. That's what we do now.

I'm not really into road biking and I really enjoyed it. It was in 3D in the cinema which wasn't necessary really to enjoy it as Guy Martin is just a legend. Very funny in places, but also a bit gruesome too. I don't want to spoil it for you but some of them died and one is very lucky to have his legs left. A thoroughly entertaining and thought provoking film which is a great insight into the TT.
