Go straight to jail !

Whilst I'm not personally inclined to get pissed and gob off in public about immigration policy etc. this seems a little disproportionate to me.
Especially when you see what others (no exception for the police made here) seem to be able to walk away from. Ho hum.

Hmmm. Maybe if she'd burnt some poppies on remembrance day, insulting all those who have fought for this country, she would have got away with a £50 fine?
Or she and 2 others could have kicked a Muslim about and been spared jail by saying they weren't used to drinking.
Double standards for us and them? Definitely.

I disagree with what she said or at least the way in which she said it.
On remand through Christmas is disproportionate and not the same as some of the other threads on here (such as the drunk Muslims beating someone up).

That said there is also the percentage that come over here with no intention of working and either bring their crime with them or join the scum sucking the state dry.
Happens in most modern westernised countries....

A lot of the Indigenous people of this country are more than happy to suck the state dry and not work and allow our friends from the EU do all the hard labour jobs they cant be arsed with, you'd better start believing it because it's happening.

If the jobless went out and worked, and just as hard, for as little pay as the immigrants there would be no immigration as we see it now.
In these countries these immigrants come from there is no social security, if they don`t work they starve. Not as if most on a council estate will starve, no matter if they have never worked, and don`t want to work. They sit in their paid for council house expecting these immigrants to do the work, but not be seen, not to live anywhere, and not to be here. But its the same people shouting the odds that would be the VERY FIRST to refuse the menial and low paid work, as they`d rather stay in bed and go get their giro once every 2 weeks.

Whilst I found the video abhorrent denial of bail seems a little extreme. The mags must of thought risk of reoffending or skipping bail is high, unless of course they are considering a custodial. The fact she is due for commital suggests a trial which means possibly crown!!
Lot of people here are mixing up Racial and Xenophobic abuse. The former is much more serious, and to be honest I think she stepped over the line with much of what she said. Clearly she stated if you are black you are not English which of course is absurd.

Not true. Poland has unemployment benefits and a minimum wage, the difference is it's not enough to live comfortably on unlike here. I'm sure if the minimum wage in Poland was 3 or 4 times what you could earn here in the UK, you would see a lot more Brits moving to Poland to work.

whilst I disagree with what she did and being so rude infront of her son....Don't you think she has a point ?...MY views are MY views only, but she was pointing out that 90% of people on the said tram were not English !
I am English and proud and certainly wouldn't act the way she did,but we are being "over run" with greedy foreign people,THIS IS ENGLAND !

So your main problem was that she was 'rude infront of her son' not that she racially abused a whole bunch of people...seriously??
How do you know that 90% of those people weren't English, you seem to be making the same mistake she did, confusing skin colour with natonality.
I also take issue with you describing the situation of us being 'over run with greedy foreign people' that surely is just hot air?
oh and BTW what the hell does 'THIS IS ENGLAND' mean?

I can honestly tell you of several factories I've dealt with.
They have a shop floor workforce of probably 95% eastern Europeans
Locals call up looking for application forms when jobs are released, and hardly any of the forms are returned - now to me, that someone that doesn't want to work and are only applying because they have to in order to continue getting dole money

I cannot believe she was remanded for that, only your typical ****tard magistrate would be so silly. The rant was offensive but nobody was hurt and I have seen much worse by what stretch of the imagination is it right to remand her until january.

I think a significant fine and a suspended sentance would have been about right. She was certainly behaving in a particularly upleasant and nasty way so she deserved a penalty which will make think twice next time.
