Question

My dad could use some help with a crossword, he's stuck on....
  • 14 Down: German songs, particularly of the romantic period, usually for solo voices, 6 letters L*E**R
  • 25 Down: An apparatus for mixing or shaking. 8 letters A**D*T*R
  • 26 Down:A fine cotton fabric, often stiffened. 8 letters O**E*D*E

I'm almost certain some of the people on here could help, thanks in advance

Thanks Ian

Just worked it out, mid post he's put director for: person appointed to administer funds of a society or company, should be teasurer

That would mean Agitator would fit, woohoo

Just need the cotton one now

Yep!

I started last weeks, cos I got the first question, Bulldozer. I didn't get many more but my dad got bitten by the bug and couldn't put it down! He seems to have done most of this one in quite good time. He's sent it off but this is his first time so, no we haven't won the £1000.....YET!!!!!
