Absolutely mental. They just had a bus driver on - if he did the same job in Greece, with all the govt bonuses etc he'd get over there, his wage would be more than double what he gets here.

I'm amazed noone's blamed the banks again - surely it's their fault that politicians everywhere have built up so much debt and, errrr, blamed the banks ?

Since you brought it up, it IS partly their fault, for encouraging the hummus-slurping wasters to keep up this lifestyle by lending them the money to do it
