anyone with them? Lots of people say they are rubbish, but they offer some pretty good deals and i wanna get a new phone....i know a couple of people who have iphones with them and say they have no complaints, any one with them and have any problems?

I was with them for years because their coverage was good, but I've finally made the plunge and switched to vodafone. Two biggest issues for me were the appalling customer service - even worse than talktalk and the unreliable service. The latter is because they do not own their own masts and use spare capacity from all the other networks; this basically means that if they are cloning off an O2 mast at the time there is a demand for O2 customers you get binned off, mid-call even, and this is happening more often.

My iPhone deal from vodafone was only £1 a month more than a similar deal from 3

My I phone is with three, absolutely no complaints with service. I did quite a lot of shopping around to get the best deal, 35 quid a month, phone free and I get 1500 mins, 500 txts, 5000 3-3 mins and genuinely unlimited Internet. Non of this "fair usage" ****.

Been with them for almost a years, we have both our phones with them. Customer service is on a par with Orange, etc so cr@p but no worse. You do not get calls from their authorised resellers all the time which is a bonus!

Network coverage, never had a problem in the UK, not used it abroad.

All in all i am reasonably happy with them, i swapped to them after a real bad experience with Orange - who we had been with for 12 years.

I have some PayG SIMs with Three for the iPads (3gb/3 months) They are good, fast when it works but I would say coverage is a bit patchy outside of London.

I was with 3 when they first came out and couldn't get away from them quick enough. Terrible customer service and a right faf to cancel my contract. Never been back since and never will, they may of got better but I'm not going to find out.
