As an aside I was lamenting my pay freeze until 2013 with colleagues at work and it transpires that public sector pay scale increments are still going on as normal and it's just the additional pay rises to account for inflation that have stopped.............

Not had a pay rise in 6 years.
Getting a HUGE adjustment at the end of November though
