A little help from iphone users please

I'm just about to sell my iphone(due to financial problems) but i need to wipe the phone and put back to factory settings obviously so as not to let the buyer get any information they shouldn't!!! how do i do this???also how do i get my names and numbers onto the sim-card so i can put in the old phone??
How do i do this please

There is a way to read from the sim card, but it maybe only for jail broken phones. Google will help I'm sure. I'm not sure if you can copy from the phone to the sim though.
