Unfortunatelty the 16th French player has robbed us of the final, I have to give it to the Welsh team though that they couldn't have tried any harder.

Well done for getting to the semi final, and at least we scored the only try.

Come on New Zealand.

It was heartbreaking to watch my home team lose by just one point. A couple of missed opportunities. Done well though, some of the youngest players. Roll on 4 years time when these young guys, will be experienced in the world theatre.

As for the Welsh hate the English - no we dont. Some do. A lot dont. I live in England and I cheer ALL of the isles of GREAT BRITAIN.

You've obviously not seen those on the England Vs. France - Game on! thread who supported France. Strangely they've all gone a bit quiet now.

I was sorry to see Wales lose, they tried hard enough and did well to stop further French scoring with only 14 men.

Very hard decision to show the red flag to the captain for that tackle.

This is true. There were some who were revelling after England's loss to the French. Suffice to say it was in poor taste for those of us who were supporting England. Furthermore what goes around comes around and whilst I'm not happy that France won let it be a sobering lesson in humility to some.

Hello what went on in the other thread was called rugby banter, as someone who regularly goes to the Millenium Stadium to watch the six nations matches this goes on between both sets of supporters. But at the end of the match regardless of who wins we can go and have a drink with the opposition fans.

Well done to France and their sixteen men on the pitch but I can see New Zealand beating Australia, and then destroying the French team.

Good natured and friendly is how it should be, it's Rugby after all.

Perhaps the Aussies are in with a shout given the Kiwis injury list, but I can't see Pepe Le Pue in with much of a shout against either southern hemisphere team.

That's of course assuming that the French team don't turn on each other, after all they're not talking to their coach & management team at the moment.
