Quite fun but of course the guy is just trying to draw attention to conversion to flats.

I remember back in the property boom years there was an agent flogging properties in London who used a similar style. Can't remember any quotes but went along the lines of "why anyone would want to live in this cramped one-bed hovel that rattles every time a train goes past the tiny space that they call a garden is beyond us, but if you have £150,000 to throw away we'll show you around"
