Default Tron Legacy

Watching it for the 4th time just now, recorded it a few weeks back on Sky expecting to find it OK/rubbish and absolutely loved it.

I rarely watch a film more than once these days but this one just hit every button I have. It clicked with me totally.

Now I have it on Blu Ray and gotta say the 1080p/24 picture and DTS HD-MA sound really add to the storyline, soundtrack and the way it was filmed. Also I bought the soundtrack lol.. Daft Punk really pulled something magical here.

What do you guys think?

Well, you should watch it I hadn't ever seen the original prior to this - have now and to be honest I didn't rate it too high. Legacy has a very powerful emotional feel throughout, probably augmented by the astonishing sound track.

I thought it was a low average film and like the soundtrack even less. I don't even consider it music, its just random sounds and noise.

Agree with this, GF got it on DVD and thought it was OK then kept watching it on Sky.
Really really like it, lots of subtle stuff comes up in the story, really impressed with it.

And that Daft Punk soundtrack's awesome

Was another film out around the same years as Tron.I'm sure it had Harrison Ford in it.Was about a group of young people trying to escape from someplace on roller skates.Thought it was good.....

All these re makes of movies from the 80's etc.you would think by now another movie of Mad Max would of came out..

It's the London Orchestra.

An awesome collision of the very finest of todays hair-tingling synth and the emotional power of classic brass and strings. A perfect blend for a roller-coaster emotional trip of a soundtrack

Watched it at the weekend and thought it was guff. Turned it off half way through. Never watched the original but vaguely remember playing the game on my CPC 464.

TL is OK. Nothing special and I kind of felt a bit let down by it.

You'll puke into your popcorn when you find out who is playing Quaid in the Total Recall remake
