You have probably heard it before, one of the TV shopping channels were actually selling bracelets that claimed to give you better balance not so long ago

I reckon that on the second push that the body will have learned how to resist it better than on the first go.

A friend gave me one of these to try out. I got the same effect out of my mate with a yellow highlighter pen in his hand rather than the powerbalance. Total BS

techincally should be called the "out of balance power money waster" once its on you, your balance will be v slightly affected in the opposite way its marketed lol

Just to let you know, there are counterfeit power balance bands in distribution and these do not work! The tail tell signs are that fake ones are being sold for 99p whilst the geniune ones are £29.99. Don't be duped!

Now as the final part of the test, look at how many high profile sports people from all sorts of sports wear them, then decide if they are all thick, paid THAT much, or there is some truth to it lol.

Personally I dont find myself falling over all the time, so im happy with my Livestrong band lol
