......gets fined for his anti Semitic remarks to some restaurant goers, along the lines of 'if Hitler was alive, you'd all be f'ing dead today'. He is obviously a fashion genius, but he is naive! He would have been lined up next to all the Jews as a raving homosexual.

Sounds to me like he's just a t055er and should be told to STFU, end of. No reason for all these "hate" crimes. They're either a crime or they're not. Name calling is one of those free speech things to me. Call someone what the hell you like, if they don't like it they'll let you know, but no reason at all to prosecute. Now if he'd pointed a revolver at them and fired that'd be a crime!
