ive watched a couple of the undercover boss and TBH find it to be staged.
The staff,although we are told are told the bloke/women is a new employee etc, i just think they know who they are, they reveal SOOOO much detail far too early,i mean,if i spilt the details of where i am to the new employee on day 1, well !!!!!
and each episode has a sob story, the bloke for SFC, the woman for the bluecross and so on yawn

It's like the secret millionaire. The first series was believable as no one knew about it. After than any group in need that suddenly got introduced to a stranger being followed around by a film crew as they 'moved back into the area' must have been rubbing their hands together.
