Hi
I need some information about the possability of bringing legal action to a director of a company against some work the company has done, I beleive the company is currently winding up as a Proposal to Strike off seems to have been filed, however I am unsure if this is being done by companies house as the accounts are well overdue.
Can any one point me in the right direction on this one?
