You have to wonder about the mentality of some of these reporters.

The extent of the wounded policeman's injuries was not known, but he was later discharged from hospital.
Sky sources believe the officer may have escaped more serious injury because his radio got in the way of a bullet.
"We do not know the order the shots were fired. We understand the officer was shot first before the male was shot."
