Resident Tom Beardmore, 29, said he was ‘flabbergasted’ when he saw it in Raynes Park, south-west London.
‘It is a ridiculous waste of money, especially in the context of council cuts and redundancies,’ he said.

From what i can see there isn't any grass to worry about, just a collection of unsightly weeds
They'll buy a Special Mower, Les ..... one which is very expensive, but cuts around signs!
