Maybe that's why I don't lose any weight on this diet.

I recommend anyone contemplating doing a diet to read 'Bad Science' by Ben Goldacre. Most sensible dietary advice ever.

It works, my wife and eldest son have both been on it. Wife easily lost the 10 pounds she wanted to lose. My eldest, who is a big chap anyway at 6ft 3, managed to lose 3 stone in 3 months by effectively living on fried eggs and bacon = happy

Dukan took some dietician to court recently for claiming that his diet regime was dangerous eg. can cause heart disease, cancer etc.

I'm sure someome from the medical world could counteract that statement. Being fat in itself is not exactly good for you.

Also not a viable long term solution. It's mentalities that have to change, it's not a diet change that is needed but a whole complete way of life change. Eat sensibly and you should not have a weight issue. There is no magic diet!

Eat less, do more. Stop being lazy fukcer.

All these fad dets work......then the weight goes back on.

If you do it, keep you fat clothes......you will need them again.
