What a ******.
This is the climate change advocate ****** that flew to Rio for the CC conference, flew back to London to vote in the HoC, then flew back again to continue to find ways to fleece us of our money.
Huhne. You're a c@nt!

Pete outside the world of SN, people are struggling to make ends meet. They cannot afford '000's on energy efficiency measures, however 'attractive' it is for our political masters.

All my windows are double glazed, my loft is insulated, my walls are solid. That leaves my doors which are bog standard old school doors. Their main purpose, for me, is to keep strangers out. They seem to be working just fine! I'm fooked if I'm gonna shell out for new ones just to save a smidge of energy or just to be greener!
How green is it to swap out a perfectly serviceable door?

With any luck, the pointless little waste of space will be out on his ear very soon:

About time he had the skids under him anyway!

Until the screw snaps I guess. And you can't undo a snapped screw. I fear it will be too late before they realise what they are doing to the average family. They are all self centred greedy bell ends no matter which party or cause they claim to represent.

I think we are seeing the consequences of the last 25 years of Govt by people with no idea how the average person lives.
The May retail figs of -1.5% were treated with surprise. That says it all to me. The proportion of my salary now going on food and electric/gas is way above what it was 12 months ago.
One small titbit as to how far out of touch the current Govt are. One of the revisions to APD that the Govt are looking to implement is an increase in the tax of short haul European flights, funding a decrease in the tax on a long haul business ticket.
You couldn't make it up.
