I was pricing up this evening for a holiday to Sri Lanka next year.......I won't be bothering now.
The most sickening programme Ive ever seen on TV, I only watched it because of the holiday plans.

I've got it recorded so will probably watch it on my own.
Without being disrespectful to those who have lost their lives, I am sure other regimes around the world have probably undertaken similar 'tactics' and acts but it just hasn't been documented as well?
Will definitely watch it - sure it'll make me think twice about visiting Sri Lanka as it is a place I'd like to go.

Although its sad to see people dying, unfortunate C4 lost all my respect
as this was a highly biased program on a different agenda.
Did they tell you us that, its was the peak of a 30 year old bloody
terrorist war? Did they tell us that, the whole coutry agreed to crush
the terrorist through milatery action? Includeing majaority Tamils who
are living in harmony in the south of the country. Did they tell us
that, there were many offenses over the 30 years and every time the
terrorist got a life through UN, West and western media. Did they tell
us that, most innocent tamils caught up in the war left the areas many
months before?? Did they tell us that, the people they showed could have
been the terrorist them selves or their families?? Did they tell us
anything about LTTE moving heavy artillery within the no fire zones and also positioning them within the hospital compounds as to the reason why they shelled the hospitals in the first place?? Did they tell us that the people they interview could be terrorist them
self's?
Did they tell us that, britsh government and the well oiled media tried
to stop the war to gain Tamil diaspora votes,

Why hasn't C4 done a similar story for Iraq, Afghan?? Can they not interview few Al Qaeda terrorist and make a similar video??
What is the difference when President Obama shot Bin Laden point blank
in front of their family.(In my view he was right to do what was best
for his nation at that time.) Why didn't C4 spend £1M to produce a
program for that?
As intelligent people think before these mediums brain wash you.
Sri Lanka has had a hard time for the past 30 year and if the govt had not finished off the LTTE they would have regrouped and cause more atrocities. best google LTTE atrocities to find out your self...
Since the war Sri Lanka has been a peaceful country with very friendly people.. best ask someone who has been their recently about it, or better go your self and find out...
