Default Redundancy questions

ok to cut a long story short i was made redundant 4 months ago i managed to find a job a week later,thankfully,but my question is how long should that business wait to fill my job??? i know there is a time scale but not sure how long.

the same day with a change of job description happens all the time

6 months, CAB should be able to advise you and you might get legal help through your house insurance policy if you took out legal protection but read the small print now i started the tribunal process and then found it that i had legal protection but had voided by applying to the tribunal before claiming on the insurance policy

There is no time limit. A firm makes 5 fork liftdrivers redundant due to a lack of work. The next week they secure a new contract and have to rehire new workers.

If you have a new job, whats the issue.
