Good Belgian Waffle Recipe
The Mrs bought me a Waffle Iron for my birthday (one of those things Ive always thought about buying but never got around to). Tried a couple of recipes from the booklet that came with (Cuisinart) but both have been a bit heavy (2nd one had whisked egg whites in but still heavy), bland and nothing like the light fluffy ones I fell in love with in the Maldives a few years back.
So anyone got a killer recipe to share
