I don't think we need nukes and we can't afford them. Who is going to attack UK in foreseeable future? US and/or Israel will take out Iran for us. If China has a go in the future we don't have a snowball's anyway. Perhaps there is a question over Pakistan but even more so from a "dirty bomb".

And having nukes here makes us more of a terrorist target. And having nukes hasn't helped one bit in Iraq/Afghan/Libya.

And if push comes to shove we can borrow a few from USA or even France?

And let's not forget they do kill a lot of innocent people if/when they are used.

So let's stop trying to sit at the "top table" now the Empire has gone
