Angry Grand National...

Does anyone actual give a to$$ about the Grand National? The way the media saturates the coverage you would think it's the national sport.

Neither I nor my mates give a **** or rides horses.

So if you extrapolate that to the population as a whole nobody rides horses or cares about it.

How do you fit the golf clubs in your Porsche Trout?

BTW I'm not interested much in the national either!

14/1 for 1st? £70 win if so. Did you pay the tax FIRST i.e. on the £5 bet fee, and not the winnings?!

What were your 3rd place odds?

£97.50 for first, 5x14=70 for 1st, 5x3.5=17.5 for a place, plus my £10 back.

10-1 for 3rd £7 I think

The girlfriend has a horse, so naturaly she's has to be out of the house alot down at the stables either looking after it or riding it. That that means she's out of my way and i have peace and quite at home. So yes I think they are fantastic creatures.

List the National up there with the London Marathon, Oxford Boat Race, golf, cricket and the Tour de France. Limited audience but seem to get enormous coverage. Hell, I'd cancel 99% of football coverage too as I can't stand those dimwitted primadonnas.

I had 3 x £5 ew bets - Walked away with £40 . I'd be mighty impressed with the person who works out what horse I won on
