Boozy Bankers sleep in lift
Incredible that bankers are still living it large after causing the recession that we find ourselves in. Do they have no shame?

Oh dear - not that meme again. Look beyond the ranting headlines to see that the politicians are actually to blame - they set the framework and make the rules, in the US they pushed for low income households to have home ownership. The banks knew that was a disaster and so farmed off the risk to other people. Sensible response to mind numbingly stupid policy.
Anyway, dont be such a puritan

It amazes me that people are surprised by the bankers' behaviour. The salary/bonuses/lifestyle is THE VERY REASON why they get into the 'profession' in the first place.
By their very nature, they're the opitomy of "thumbing-their-nose, look at my wad" elitist *****.
Do you really think they are looking at the situation and 'feeling guilty'?! 'Course they're not; they're the ultimate hedonists!....
Steve Coogan's "Gareth Cheeseman" character always springs into my head when I think of the stereotypical banker.

But it's okay, I'm not incited to go out and kill a city banker anytime soon - so no harm done, eh.

Good luck to 'em I say - enjoy your life while you can. (Oh the irony, what with me sitting here couped up on the internet, all miserable about work tomorrow, etc. ).
I'm sure, like all walks of life, there are good apples and bad apples.

More bash the banker blurb....you weren't moaning 5 years ago when you were getting credit and living beyond your means.......i think the blame is a lot closer to home than some people realise....

There was a time when a banker was a trusted person, like politicians!
All changed now of course. The banks were admitting that they saw nothing wrong in knowingly cheating their customers.
They have used every trick to fill their boots, it is as though dealing with money has destroyed their characters and there is no way we can trust them again.
Even worse when the government is prepared to let them do as they please too.

I bet your typical unemployed work shy Chav drinks more in a week than a City Banker drinks in a couple months.
Only the chav will punch your granny for the money.

The banker steals her pension and life savings, then gets Joe Public to pay off his debts when it all falls apart.
