your body starts to stop working as it once did, hair falls out, muscles become less able, you feel aches and pains a lot more, your eyes start to go and you cant drink like you once could.
On the bright side you become far more comfortable in your own skin and tend to know what is important to you in life.

Its not all that bad, I was a bit distraught when it happened to me, but then I realised it's just a number!
40 is looming, but it doesn't mean anything. Just enjoy each day & be grateful that when you wake up you have use of your arms & legs, everything else is a bonus!
Mcrae had it right - "We are here for a good time, not a long time" - do all the things you want before you are too old.

wait till 40 hits you, then you'll know about aches and pains!
With the maturity turning 30 brings you'll begin to appreciate things more, my advice is travel and see the world. This needn't be expensive, I went to Venice for £12 all in
Apologies if not applicable as I don't know your personal circumstances but appreciate your parent(s) more, they wont be around forever and a pint out with dad or take them for a meal once in a while means the world to them.
Finally, age is just a number, don't dwell on it

You forgot 1, you can't drink as much, and when you do, it takes 3+ days to get over it!

I don't mind telling you I didn't take being 30 very well. I really hated the thought of it. However being 37 now I have to say my 30's have been the best out of all them.
Relax and enjoy it. Being young is so overrated
Ps. Happy birthday !
