Chris Moyles: Comic Relief
I quite like Chris Moyles and he is doing a couple of days (37+ hours) on the radio continuously.

Can't stand the ****! Hope he dies of exhaustion from listening to prolonged periods of his own ****e.....ok maybe not die, I"d settle for at least a loss of voice for a few months.

I'm surprised people dislike him so much. I have only been listening for the last three or so years, but during that time he seems to be relatively funny and not that obnoxious.
He has raised £86K so far and been on the air for 7 hours.

Love Chris Moyles, so donated this morning on the way into work while listening to him. I think tomorrow's morning show is going to be interesting, if not very funny.... How many times will he swear do you think?

I agree,
I always have a chuckle on the way to work, the guy has had so many telling offs for being controversial it's unreal. He speaks his mind and rarely holds back and Im glad he's a northener who doesn't take himself too seriously.
I find him entertaining, I just fall asleep with R2, you know you're getting on a bit when you switch over to R2 ;-)

The only time I listened to Radio 2 was when Zane Lowe was on the first week after the Christmas holidays. He was monumentally awful on the breakfast show! Who thought a 20 minute interview with someone from the white stripes was a good idea at 8 in the morning?

While using his status to raise cash for charity is a positive, it doesnt change the fact he is an ignorant individual who always looks for the cheap laugh - plus I'm sure many on here will agree staying awake for 2 days is hardly the worlds greatest achievement.

He gets the job done!
He pulls in the listeners and a stunt like this is raising thousands of pounds.
Do I like him or his show? He and it are ok, and now and again a cry laughing at the radio, especially his Charlie 'the warlock' Sheen impression.
So what... he takes the pee a little, but he isn't a bad bloke. He just pushes the boundaries to get the ratings.
Isn't that what most people on TV/Radio do?

Chris who?
I stopped listening to R1 when he was picked for the breakfast show.
He was in the year below me at school and bullied to like a ginger step-child. Fair play to him for making it, but I can't bear to listen to him.
