Motor just died on my crappy little Fellowes shredder (shorted armature winding). Admittedly it was chewing through about 100 sheets at the time (not all at once ).

I need something a little heavier duty that can run alot longer before the thermal overload kicks in and a much bigger bin.

Budget £130. Must be cross cut. A bin capacity of at least 20litres and run time of longer than 10mins.

Seems no manufacturers except Rexel and Fellowes mention motor running time limits, which is highly annoying.

Seriously, a large plastic vat, a few planks of wood and some nails, and some weights - turn it into papier-mache, compress it into briquettes, and use as fuel. Sorted.

Whilst I'm waiting for it to be delivered, I'm using this to tie me over:

Bit noisy though
