Default Anyone crossing the channel?

I've just come back, we used DFDS Seaways, (ex-Norfolk Line), for the first time.

We saved £26 on a fare of £65 return. The boats were newer and MUCH cleaner than P&O or Seafrance, plus they sailed EXACTLY on time, something P&O do not seem able to do, ever

So if you want a crossing this summer/Easter, I recommend you look at DFDS.

The only downside is that the boats sail into Dunkerque, which is 25 miles EAST of Calais, so 25 miles further if you are going West. More than paid for in the £26 saved

I travel to europe every few months and always go by NorfolkLine/DFDS. I sometime pay a bit extra (£10) to go to the business lounge which gives you priority boarding as well. As you say, they always leave on time. The fact that they go to Dunkerque is a bonus as I usually go to the Netherlands. I tried Seafrance once and was quite disappointed in the state of the ship.

We used Norfolkline last year for the South East Scoobies 'Ring trip - can't complain about a thing.

Already booked this years crossing - return trip with the scoob, 2 passengers for £38 all in.
