Torn my hamstring
I've been in pain cycling for the last couple of weeks; and after getting home last night nearly unable to walk into the house, I kind of figured something serious was wrong and booked an appointment with the Doctor.
Fortunately got one that's a keen cyclist and he knew exactly what I'd done. Level 3 torn hamstring (on a scale of 1-5, 5 being completely detached) so I'm not walking much and the bikes will be cooling in the garage for a couple of weeks at least
Still... at least as a middle-aged, over-weight bloke I can say I have got a proper sports injury
