Should i get a refund
Bought a shower tray along with most of a bathroom homebase ordered online 31/01/2010 ,delivered this last monday.
Didnt unwrap the whole shower tray till wednesday and found it was cracked under the packaging one corner ,rang them and they said they be back to me in 48hrs to arnange replacemnent /pick up old .
On friday afternoon i decided i wanted a slimline one instead ( which they dont do ) , and seeing they offer 7 days return if not happy , i rang them up . She relcutantly agreed that i was within time , and said someone wil call within 48hrs to arranage collection of bust one , and presumably ill get a refund ?? ?
Im slightly sceptical its going to happen
