Default What a plonker!!!!

Stoke winger Jermaine Pennant was apparently taken a-back recently when he was contacted by his former club, Real Zaragoza, regarding a £98,000 Porsche which he had left unattended at a railway station in the Spanish city over the past five months.
Come on for God's sake

I love people who are so rich that they can loose expensive cars, its reasurring proof that things that come too easily have no value in life.

I think though, most of us would love to be in the same position.

Why do most of us play the lottery?

Even if I were lucky enough to win millions, I would still respect and cherish my possessions

I think there is more to this story...

I think he has denied owning it because:

A: He had something in the car that he shouldn't have

or

B: It was leased and he just couldn't be bothered paying for it so left it when he came back to England

Its all a load of rubbish. His Private plate wasnt even on this car it was on another, and he sent a representative from the club to pick it up.

Usual great journalism.

I also like it when I make spelling mistakes in posts (dodgy wireless keyboard makes it a pain to type) and then my post gets quoted making an edit pointless. STi lover I would like his money in one sense but I can't help but think that I love, and get more pleasure from my 1993 968 than he does from his 911 turbo despite it being worth about 90k less.

Or the football club leased it. Seen as the Spanish authorities contacted the club and not the player?????
