A miniature pool table and air hockey set

Proper random gadgets from the Mrs but brilliant to play with a 2 ft cue on the dining room table

Maybe not the oddest but the present that's foofing me off at the moment is Guitar hero,warriors of rock....Played it for the first time tonight and it's bloody solid.Considering me and the old man both play guitar for real and the old man used to be in a band in his younger days,i thought this would be easy..I find the guitar a little cumbersome though,not so much the fretboard,but the plastic lever thingy to strum with...

Anyway i had a break and put the A team movie on...

DYK, its because you can do it for real, your finding it tough. Its the same reason I can't play shoot 'em ups at all. I used to shoot for county in my younger days and I now hunt, so I instinctivly compensate for bullet drop and wind. neither of which seem to matter in computer games.

I have yet to try an archery game to see how realistic they are (finished 6th in class at the Euros last year).

I got it this now,a couple hours practice and i'm well on the way,still think the device that acts as the strum on the guitar could be better designed though.
