Lol, thanks guys.
He's had a few fights since then, but can't fight anymore. Turned his hand to music production instead. He's better at that I'd like to add!
I thought it might make for interesting watching, regardless of what you think.
He's the skinny welsh one.

was alright,for what its worth
sometimes i think people on here have forgotten how hard it is to fight, fitness wise
i punch the schat out of my punchbag for 2 mins and im funked,knackered,wheezin like a fool and i punch the schat out of it at least 3 times a mth (prefer to work out rather than punchout LOL)
anyhoo,good show,altho the ref interfeered,ooeer,too much

Its Muay Thai and its a very tough discipline, Knees to the face etc. You get marked down for standing off. Very very tough. My son fights K1 which is very similar.
