Can any1 answer me a few Questions?

2. Ive upgraded to the new Xbox and need to swap my gamer tag from my old 1 to the new 1? Is it possible? if so how?

It doesn`t have a hard drive, the 4GB is internal memory.

it does have the internal 4 gb but it still has the slot so yes a 250 gb hardrive can be put in. Also it is possible to get the older type harddrive ie 20gb or 60gb etc take it out of its plastic case and this will then fit in the slot

Is that gen? If so, happy days as we bought my son a 4gb model and I still have a couple of HDDs from the old xbox. Does that run in series with the 4gb to make 24gb?
Any links for this?

Lets wait on the evidence, although I have no reason not to believe him.

i repair games consoles for a living, xbox are using the same hard drive as before just in a different case there trying to get you to spend more money on the hard drives, just strip down your old hdd, you cant get hold of the new style case yet so you just have to use the hard drive with out the new style case but you can still push it into the hard drive slot it just hangs loose in there but causes no issues and yes you still get the 4gb on top. i save my gamer tag on this and use the hard drive for game saves, hope this has saved you some money

Default The 12 hours of christmas

I suspect the banhammer will be falling

Christmas morning 6am ....

"look mummy igot a nice new Xbox with Kinnect,"

10am...
"Daddys put his hard drive from his elite in it for me.. he said some bloke on SN said it was easy and they do it all the time"

3pm..
"Daddy, whats Z Code' 8015-190D?, it says the console is banned for mods"

6pm....

Google search

Thats what all the circuitry on the back of the original drive was for, to stop it being hacked / modded...

Whos going to gamble first ?
