some good ideas thanks people, missed the boat with the wedding pics just got a load done for christmas! snow boarding sounds a great laugh will look into that thanks! good also as we went to lapland for are honeymoon!
anesummers is the best idea from a bloaks point of view not sure about hers

i was thinking about taking her shopping for the day some where nice as i've saved up a bit of cash we would not normally have and she never gets to go shopping and not have to worry about the cost!then maybe go out for a meal etc, but a few people have said its not very personel and i should think of a nice gift etc she can keep for ever more lol

not sure now? will look into the snow boarding but keep the ideas coming!

Can't help (can't really remember!), but for our 7th, I bought Wifey some anti-itch cream.....

I thought it was funny!!! She eventually found it funny (after she'd found her real present), but the friends/family were not amused. **** em!!

I thought it was a moment of inspired GENIUS!!!

iirc, my 1st wedding anniversary present was a roll of bin bags, an ikea hot dog and then a chinese buffet for tea.

We were moving house and too busy to celebrate, then again a new house is a good enough pretendy present I suppose.

What's the budget? Took my Missus to Paris for the weekend for our first (all those years ago)

December is tricky though for going away, as more expensive. Nice is recommended for this time of year, for something 'romantic' and 'French'.

Just had my first, we're pretty skint at the moment, just finished extending our house. We were quite open about what we might get and decided to postpone a treat until next year. I was going to get us a night in a posh hotel with dinner etc. and then give here the booking as a paper gift.

In the end it was flowers and chocolates (no champers as she's up the duff), and we went back to the restaurant we had our wedding meal at for lunch. Very pleasant way to spend a Sunday
