How did this man manage to get away with an 8 week suspended sentence, 4 times over the legal drink drive limit!!! he is apparently having another court appearance for the same offense that allegedly happened in February...
The judge said 'He said the sentence was suspended in recognition of Gascoigne's progress in the treatment programme.'
He was 5 weeks into a 12 week programme, well to me that programme clearly wasn't working
Personally i think this ruling is a disgrace....

It was funny when he came out of court and his car got stuck in the snow, loads of camera man standing around taking pictures wile 2 women tried to push it out.
