Anyone remember this from the eighties? Just found these wee gems on YouTube and forgot how bloody good the soundtrack was!

1979? fooking hell is it as old as that, I had the LP as well don't know what ever happened to it TBH

I seem to remember there were two different albums though both named Quadrophenia but the picture on the front of the albums were different and I 'think some of the songs were different as well?

Where did you get it from? I found the album on Amazon I think it was but didnt see the DVD.

The soundtrack to this seems to have got better over time, I havent stopped listening to these all bloody day!

Just been flicking through the Youtube clips and my 8 year old daughter came in and says she really likes the music!

I've raised her well.

That is like an epiphany, a light switching on. You have indeed raised her well. My son knows the magic that is Stevie Wonder, can pick out the Beatles and the Specials. I love it!!!

Unfortunately she appears to have gone off them now...

An exellent iconic film. We also have it on DVD and the vinyl is tucked away in the loft.

The original Who album is different. The Quadrophenia Film Album as the extra Motown stuff on it, Green Onion, Rhythm of The Rain etc and Jimmy on the front page coming out of the said alley
