A certain member's (who shall remain nameless - you git) sister in law has suggest you, me and her compete in coast to coast next year.
Are we up for this or shall we just consider one stage or perhaps say sod it and do a rat race? (50% reduction for London race again has been mooted at work )

We've struggled on a canal mate! Not to mention I sink better than I can swim...
Requirements for Solos and one of the pair paddling in the team category.
* Paddling Standard boats require a minimum of the 2 star UKCC qualification or a 3 star in a kayak discipline in the old BCU system.
* Paddling Elite boats require a minimum of the 3 star UKCC (or 4 star in the old BCU system) qualification in a kayak discipline.
