Anyone else a fan?

Only just started to watch this, and its actually really good (imo). So much better than other TV series that have started up recently.

Is this the new series? I remember watching it on TV when it first ran in the eighties and it is good. I always liked Diana the queen lizard.

She played supergirl in Smallville as well.
To the people that have only seen the first few eps of V then stick with it. The producers stopped after 3 or 4, went back and reworked what they wanted to do etc and started up a few months after. The effects are good except the obvious green screenage when they're on the mothership.

I never saw the original series, so cannot comment how close to that this is. I can say that it is actually rather good to watch (totty apart).

As I work odd hours I am currently trying to find an "on demand" link for series 2. So far, no so such luck

Watched the original (loved it) and now watched the new series on Sy Fy (even better). Can't wait for the second series!

Yep January is the slated date fo the next episodes. Even Jane Badler (The original 'V' Diana) is in this show when it restarts playing Anna's mother.

For Caprica fans, bad news Syfy arn't making a new 2nd season and will put the show on hiatus until early next year.
