Anybody ever worked for Subway?
I have dipped my toe a couple of times these past few weeks with a couple of interviews, so i can have a possible escape my current job.
Had an interview this morning for a Subway position, i was not intitally aware that pretty much all the sites are ran as a franchise.
From the explanation i got from the chap doing the interview, basically him and his business partners have pretty much all the sites up this way, and any new potential sites are offered to them before anybody else.
Is this generally how it all goes down in the world of Subway?
The job is for an assistant manager position, it is for less money than i am doing at the moment, but it appears to be a hell of a lot less hours and gives much better scope to rank up in the future, i was hoping it would be a long game gamble into moving up the ranks to store manager and then potentially franchise owner?

Make mine a Chicken & Bacon Ranch* !
Pizza Hut franchises are the best out there as they offer exclusive locations, lots of franchises allow other people to open in nearby locations.
*second thoughts don't bother as subway food smells and tastes real bad..

Give it a go .
If you dont get this position try McD,s .I believe they are very good to work for and they have many opportunities for people who want to get on .Plenty of support and help if you show the right attitude .
Good Luck .

http://www.subway.com/subwayroot/development/ might be useful. Your video gaming would suffer though.
Cheers Jack, although last week i was close to 70 hours worked, so i am assuming my game time will probably increase
