I have a miller home, lived here 2 years now.

There are issues as with any new house, but Miller are always prompt in fixing them and I would highly recommend them to anyone over the usual house builders.

What development are you looking at?>

A load of tradesmen left Persimmon homes and Barrats to work for Millers so it really makes no difference which house you buy as they are all built by the same men Its where the house is and what you can get off the builder for nothing that counts

What are Persimmon quality like?

What should I be trying to get off the builders and how much should I try getting knocked of asking price if i do buy it?
