Mixed bag

I have a miller home, lived here 2 years now.

There are issues as with any new house, but Miller are always prompt in fixing them and I would highly recommend them to anyone over the usual house builders.

What development are you looking at?>

I guess you would find the same mix for most house builders tbh

A load of tradesmen left Persimmon homes and Barrats to work for Millers so it really makes no difference which house you buy as they are all built by the same men :) Its where the house is and what you can get off the builder for nothing that counts :)

I'm stuffed if its build by barrat guys :D

What are Persimmon quality like?

What should I be trying to get off the builders and how much should I try getting knocked of asking price if i do buy it?

They seemed pretty reasonable when they appeared on WATCHDOG ......

I'm doing a job for one of the head sales girls in Persimmon NE, she is in charge of what gets discounted so if your not in a hurry I could ask her what you could try and get for free or discounted off the price!
