Default Resurrect Three Dead Musicians

John Lennon would have been 70 this week. Thinking about pop/ rock stars/ musicians who have died, if you could pick three to bring back to life who would be on your list?

Mine:

Michael Hutchence - gorgeous looking bloke and I regret not ever seeing INXS live.
John Lennon
Bon Scott

(did debate Michael Jackson purely to see if he could have done all those O2 dates)

I'm gonna be very blunt about John Lennon, he's overrated and thats coming from a huge Beatles fan.

LOL Jamz - I used to work with a bloke who played football on a Saturday afternoon with George Best, he didn't think he was particularly good either.

For me - Freddie, Michael Hutchance, Eva Cassidy

You have to admit that the fella was a bit **** without McCartney as is McCartney without Lennon. On their own neither of them have a CD of songs worth listening too.

I don't like the Beatles at all - any of them. McCartney is just wierd.

Hendrix - a no brainer
Freddie Mercury - proper Queen still around would be great

I can't decide between John Lennon who would have done a load of interesting stuff as well as music or John Bonham for a complete Led Zep

I'm not that much of a Beatles fan. Hard to explain but a few years ago I went to New York and took photos of the 'Imagine' tribute. It got me thinking how sad it was that someone's husband and father got killed in such a crappy way (think it was me feeling homesick for Liverpool made me all maudlin).

Have to agree, most of the above are rock/pop stars or singers.

I'll give my vote to Handel (George Frederick).

Do they have to be dead or do their careers have to be so dead that they may as well be?
