Default My first experience with AMAZON

Well i needed to buy new internet security so i did a google search cos i decided on Norton360 and Amazon was the cheapest, well the overall experience was great, speedy delivery etc
that was until i received it this morning, box was bit bashed up,but no damage to disc, proceded to put it in my disc drive to install and NOTHING!!
Tried 2or 3 times and still NOTHING!!
tried autorun and still NOTHING

been in touch with the seller and asked for a refund
hopefully will be able to get one

It won't stop me from using Amazon again as i appreciate its not their fault

Had sort of the same problem last week. Buy books from them all the time, but ordered one from a seller last week that arrived a bit bashed in the corners. Not worth my hastle sending it back when it's just one book. Amazon spot on the rest of the time and it won't stop me using them or ordering from other sellers again either. You should get a refund though, as what you've ordered is clearly useless.

It could have been worse - it could have turned up and worked leaving your computer riddled with over-hungry norton processes...

Do some research, Norton 360 is bloody awful.

Microsoft Security Essentials is free or use Nod32 for paid a/v protection.

If you had done your research then you would have found that NOD32 or Trend Micro Titanium is far better
