Quick ebay question
How do I cancel a transaction?
A buyer recently purchased an item I have listed via 'buy it now' and almost immediately sent me a message saying sorry they are in Austria and can they cancel? How do I do that?

No, it was listed as being in the UK and the buyer was from Austria. He used buy it now and then said sorry I can't get a delivery to Austria for a sensible price. He then asked me to either remove the Tyres (item was wheels) and rduce the price or cancel the transaction. I've now spoken to fleBay and hope it's now sorted.
