Default TV issue. Any help?

Hi guys

I have a samsung UE32B7020.

The TV has 2 x USB inputs. I have some video files which I have put onto a USB HDD, some will play and some wont.

I have the following:-

Movie 1
Video: MPEG4 Video (H264) 1280x544 23.98fps [Video]
Audio: Dolby AC3 48000Hz 6ch [Audio]
Subtitle: UTF-8 [Subtitle]
Plays fine with audio

Movie 2
Video: MPEG4 Video (H264) 1280x720 29.97fps [Video]
Audio: DTS 48000Hz 6ch [Audio]
Subtitle: UTF-8 [Subtitle]
Play video fine, but message on screen advising audio not supported

Movie 3
Video: MPEG4 Video (H264) 1280x694 23.98fps [Video]
Audio: DTS 48000Hz 6ch [Audio]
Text [Subtitle]
Play video fine, but message on screen advising audio not supported

Movie 4
Video: MPEG4 Video (H264) 1920x1080 23.98fps [Video]
Audio: DTS 48000Hz 6ch [Audio]
Subtitle: Advanced SubStation Alpha [Subtitle]
No video or audio. Message on screen advises file format not supported.

Now can anyone tell me how to get the DTS audio enabled on my TV. And as for Movie 4, can it not be played back due to the TV not being able to process 1080p data quickly, as the CPU is poor? Even though the TV does output 1080p.

you won't get dts through the tv unless the the tv will downmix to stereo or you use the digital sound output to a compatible amplifier that will give DTS.

i've noticed one of the files FPS is different to others does that file play ok?

Oops my mistake, so yeah my answer for the audio applies .

But the video issue could be down to the resolution , any chance of finding out the bitrate for The video file?

What does the manual about file supporting under USB mode?
