Can't be right can it ?
Saw this today
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...=feeds-newsxml
but if you missed it here is the important bit again
'If the owners of Cabot Circus are successful with their claim against Mr Williams, then they will be entitled to seek payment of their legal costs, in addition to compensation for the repairs'
'Mr Williams is likely to be able to claim an indemnity for both from his insurers, even though the claim relates to his criminal behaviour'
Speechless

Think about the alternative, though: the insurance company being able to refuse to pay out on the grounds that the damage was deemed, by them, to be the driver's fault.
"Had an accident, sir? Sorry, we're not paying for the damage because we think you might have done it deliberately. Have a nice day!"

Sounds like a ****.... 100 mph through a city centre, clipping a wall and crashing - doesn't sound like suicide at all. An apparent "suicide text or note" - this sounds more like a **** than a suicide merchant
